Facility Assistant | 6 Months Contract | Up to $2,390 per month | Little India

Working Location: Little India
Basic Salary: up to $2,390 per month
Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract
Working Hours: AM Shift: 8am to 4pm ; PM Shift: 2pm to 10pm (Mon to Fri)
 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Deputy Clubhouse Manager with daily operations and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 
• Ensure smooth event execution by setting up furniture, equipment, and AV systems, including setup of Multi-Purpose Rooms.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute various activities and corporate events.
• Act as the primary contact for facility bookings.
• Handle inquiries (in-person and over the phone) and liaise with external suppliers and agencies to facilitate Clubhouse activities.
• Work a 5-day work week with weekly shift rotations, and may occasionally be required to support events at other offices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 GCE O / N level passes including English and Maths; or NITEC/Higher NITEC Certificate in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to maintain and design simple webpages, create EDMs and poster designs via Canva, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends.
