About The Role:

Supervise site operations to ensure contractual service delivery standards are met.
Support the Facilities Manager in site supervision, planning, and execution of works and services.
Manage site measurements, records, and uploading of field data into FM systems.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and specialists for maintenance and repair works.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
Handle correspondence with clients and service providers professionally.
Manage client-appointed nominated subcontractors

About You:

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, site supervision, or building maintenance.
Proven ability to supervise site operations and ensure compliance with contractual service standards.
Experience supporting facilities management functions, including planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance works.
