Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Facility Manager in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and ensure uninterrupted building services.
  
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  
• Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and service contracts.
  
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  
• Conduct facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
  
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
  

Required Skills

• Facility Operations Management — managing end -to -end building operations.
  
• Vendor Management — handling contractors and service agreements.
  
• Maintenance Planning — preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.
  
• Budget Management — cost control and financial monitoring.
  
• Safety & Compliance — ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  

Preferred Skills

• CAFM/FM software knowledge.
  
• Energy management and sustainability initiatives.
  
• Multi -site facility management experience.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement: 5–10 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or property management environments. Experience handling vendors, maintenance teams, budgets, and compliance activities is preferred.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field (typical)
  
• Preferred: Master's Degree / Professional Certification
  
• Additional: IFMA, FMP, CFM, NEBOSH, IOSH certifications (preferred)
