Job Description

• Position Title: Facility Manager
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance ($1,000) + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of buildings, facilities and security in all Company’s sites.
• Responsible for inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order.
• Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning properly.
• Maintain critical systems and equipment including power/ UPS, backup generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide regular updates to the Management on situations/ issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors on service maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
• Review risk assessment submitted by contractor prior to commencement of work.
• Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to commencement of work.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management or related field.
• With strong knowledge about rules and regulations pertaining to the industry of work.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
• Possess own transport is an added advantage.
