You will be responsible for Micron Facility layout \u0026 space management assessment, planning, review and analyzing facility design.\n\nIn this role, you will be managing layout \u0026 space management related projects, programs and will help to plan and prioritize resources needed to achieve results and assure accurate tracking of projects and programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Collect, classify, evaluate layout and space management data/concepts and information used in new construction projects from ideas, concept design, detail design to actual construction.\n * Collect, classify and evaluate Micron all sites\u2019 layout and space management data to generate benchmark \u0026 reference for future Micron Construction Project.\n * Create reports, benchmarking tools and eventual monitoring system for matters related to layout and space management.\n * Work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global Planning, Facilities Transfer Team, CPEE \u0026 IEs to coordinate and drive optimum layout, efficient space management \u0026 BOC facilities design for Micron Construction.\n * Coordinate and manage interface meetings with respective stakeholders on end users\u0027 requirements for new projects and ensuring that their requirements are incorporated into the design during concept/ detailed design phase.\n * Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the participated teams\n\n\n\nSkills / Qualifications \n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * The candidate should possess a BSc or Beng in Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning.\n * Experience in wafer fab facilities systems is thus highly valued.\n * Candidates with experience in facilities layout planning \u0026 construction.\n * Minimum 3 years of Facility planning experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment.\n * Good analytical skills with problem solving aptitude.\n * Skills in excel and simple code writing desired.\n * Ability to integrate and work in a global multicultural team\n * Great leadership, interpersonal skills and team building spirit.\n * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\n\n\nMinimum Experience \u0026 Skills:\n\n * Candidates with experience in Fab or facilities layout planning and construction.\n * Demonstrate experience in the Facility Design, layout and space management optimization and/or other relevant skillset is strongly preferred.\n * Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.\n * Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills \u2013 ability to coordinate and motivate TMs from multiple sites and different background.\n * Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.\n * Moderate skill in excel and simple code writing desired.\n * Effective delegation skills.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nConstruction \u0026 Design E3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
