Facility Technician (5D / Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical Ind) - Immediate Start

The company is a high-tech manufacturer of contact lens solutions, sterile pharmaceutical solutions, first-aid eye and wound irrigations as well as eye comfort drops.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine building, utility and facility maintenance work.
• Coordinate the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for utility equipment. (Boiler, compressor, chiller, dryer, cooling tower, air conditioner)
• Liaise with PE for utility equipment servicing and overhaul
• Coordinate audit for the routine checking for building and facility.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least NITEC in in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance
• Able to work shift (rotate every 2 week)
