Factory Executive

Key Job responsibilities and duties:

• Manage and execute customer orders accurately and efficiently — from order entry to on-time delivery commitment.
• Monitor and manage order backlogs, proactively communicating delays or issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• Prepare delivery documentation in compliance with trade and logistics requirements.
• Act as the point of escalation for internal teams to resolve order fulfillment and delivery-related issues.
• Analyze order fulfillment processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that align with manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or business process roles within a manufacturing or operations environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry, documentation, and order management.
