Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\n * Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF-16949 and ISO-17025), WHS- RA (Workplace, Health \u0026 Safety \u2013 Risk Assessment), Ecology, Security (Environment \u0026 Cybersecurity) and 5S.\n * Manage the laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys (Troubleshooting, Buy-off, TPM scheduling, Maju/Lean Program, PM reports, Supplier/ GPO liaising, PR/PO management, etc.)\n * Manage and improve Lab Equipment Failure history, uptime and downtime\n * Manage new tool introduction into the Lab which includes layout, etc.\n * Ensure implementation of Lab Support procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place. \n * Develop new methodologies/improvement through Lean concept / Engineering. \n * Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers.\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Degree in Electronics/Electrical / Microelectronics / Material / Chemical/Mechatronics Engineering \n * Minimum 3-5 years relevance experience will be preferred. \n * Strong Interest in problem solving related to equipment, safety, 5S and security.\n * Possess good communication skills to collaborate with all levels of people internally and externally \n * Able to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision. \n * Fast learner, independent and able to work in a cross functional team.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
