Failure Analysis Technician / Associate Engineer

Role Responsibilities:\n\n * Support and perform Analysis jobs requested by stakeholders for process rejects, qualification / evaluation samples, RMAs; and provide the results to the making of final reports.\n * Plans out daily / shift task for ensuring timely completion.\n * Ensure hand-over of jobs to next shift.\n * Provide basic maintenance \u0026 care to tools and machines.\n * Maintenance of workplace to meet 5S and safety requirement.\n * Support setups from established procedures where applicable.\n * Contribute to capabilities / techniques enhancement for better precision and efficiency.\n * Contribute to lab setup for task enablement.\n * Support internal and external audit.\n * Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the superior.\n\n\n\nRequirement\n\n * Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.\n * Hands-on experience on common analysis techniques and use of analysis instrument such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB etc.\n * Plus if have knowledge of Reliability Environmental Stress Test Requirement, including HTHH, TC, UV \u0026 LT test.
