F&B MANAGER

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Food and Beverage Manager to support the overall management of our culinary and dining operations.

Responsibilities

·       Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage activities

·       Support the management and development of the culinary and service teams

·       Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain quality standards

·       Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies

·       Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control

·       Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment

·       Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

·       Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Qualifications

·       Proven experience in a related role in the food and beverage industry

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors, and food safety standards

·       Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
