 Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, offering personalized assistance, styling advice, and product knowledge.
• Brand Representation: Showcase a deep understanding of our brand's history, heritage, and product lines.
• Sales and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, actively upselling and cross-selling our luxury products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest collections, materials, and trends in luxury fashion to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store, ensuring all products are well-presented and the store's atmosphere aligns with our luxury image.
• Brand Events: Participate in and help organize brand events, such as exclusive launches, fashion shows, and private shopping experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or a related field is a plus.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-end retail environment.
• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
