JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

BRAND STRATEGY

• Conception and development of styling strategy and guidelines, by brand, setting the seasonal vision
• Conception with the AD and inhouse photographers the guidelines for the e-commerce direction
• Create a catalog for both PEDRO Women's and Men’s collections before every season
• Help to select the best products with AD, content, and merchandising team for each shooting
• Help to elaborate each season GTM creative content
• Continuous research of the newest sector trends (new faces/casting, influential people/KOLs, photographers, videographers, set designers, 3D and motion designers, new social media tools, etc)

DAILY CONTENT

• Create styling mood boards in line with the brand identity and concept/art direction mood for each photoshoot
• Track, gather, and have all required samples from warehouse ready ahead of production
• Track, gather, and have all required garments to style with Pedro Products ready ahead of production
• Style outfits for editorial, e-commerce (model view), social media shoots, and more. The mission of the Stylist is to realize the creative vision of the brand by curating aspirational looks
• Create and style inspiring, on-brand, on-trend, editorially-relevant outfits, while respecting the company's identity and style guides, within an allocated budget
• Elaborate shortlist with the AD from the creative deck of each shooting
• Collaborate with the on-set team: hair & makeup, photographers, Studio Merchandise team, and Art Direction team to ensure production goals and quality are met. Working with photographer and model on-set to co-direct and select best poses
• Ensure the best way of styling the garments in a cool way, and elevate PEDRO products during the shoot

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Fashion Styling, Visual Merchandising, Arts, Communication or related field
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in fashion styling or visual merchandising in the fashion industry
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and producing shootings and creative materials
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative flair, sense of aesthetics and effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work with a tight timeline
• Motivated, positive attitude, Good sense of design, and with an eye for detail
• Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
• Willing to travel
• Computer Literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
• Matured, well-organised, meticulous, initiative, solution-orientated, collaborative
• Excellent understanding of current art, culture, women's and men’s fashion trends (casting, styling, talents, new brands, etc)
