Job Summary:

• Salary: Up to $2600
• Working days: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
• Location: Woodlands Bizhub

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimates costs and maintains budgets for construction projects
• Ensures that structures meet legal and quality standards.
• Manages financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Prepares tender documents and assesses financial risks.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
