To efficiently manage duty-free submissions, ensuring economic order quantity, and compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.
To handle money collections with precision and integrity, maintaining detailed records of transactions.
To manage F&B outlets day to day operation and supervise F&B team.
To handle and follow up F&B feedback from members or guests.
To coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on all matters related to outlet events.
To ensure staff maintain a high level of customer service to all patrons and handle customers’ feedback.
To ensure that all F&B staff are punctual to work, well-groomed and do not deviate from their prescribed corporate grooming standards.
To ensure cleanliness and proper set up of the outlets and its surrounding.
To plan and schedule the weekly / monthly duty roster with F&B executives.
To conduct daily checks on outlets before and after operations to ensure all things, equipment, fixtures, stocks and glassware etc. are in order and to be held accountable on the daily perpetual inventory of the outlets.
To make sure all equipment are in operational condition and tally with the asset/stock list.
To ensure sufficient stock for daily operation and beverage sales are properly accounted for at established price.
To implement rigorous cost control measures to optimize expenditure and maximize profitability.
To conduct monthly stock takes meticulously, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing discrepancies.
To prepare weekly event forecast and monthly report for MC meeting, updates F&B Events & Activities, promotion posters and any changing of new pricing for beverage listing.
To assist to develop and implement F&B activities and promotions for the Club.
To plan, co-ordinate & execute monthly “Jolly Hours”, yearly joined events – Oktoberfest, Christmas Jingle Feast, and Year-end Countdown and F&B activities - Darts, Pool-Table & Karaoke Competitions.
To ensure no mishandling of monies by the staffs.
To propose more outlet promotions to generate higher volume in F&B sales.
To handle and troubleshoot the POS and KOD systems.
To perform any other duties that are assigned by the F&B Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
At least GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in F&B Management / Bar Management / F&B Operation
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in F&B in a similar capacity.
Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Good communication and organisation skills.
Good knowledge of liquor, wine and mixed drinks.
Computer knowledge in MS Office & Outlook.
Able to perform shift work on week nights, weekends and public holidays.
