Management Trainee (Outlet Manager)

Salary: $2800 - $3500

Working Hours: 5/6 days, 10 hour per day

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily sales are accurate and timely reconciliation
• Liaise with tenants on stall matters
• Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff
• Conduct checks on the quality of products
• Inventory control and management
• Perform any duties which may be assigned from time to time from superior

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree and above
• Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Good people management, communication and listening skills
