Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in the core operational areas, including customer service, cashiering, food preparation, kitchen operations, and quality control.
• Develop leadership skills by working closely with restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smoothly operating team.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond professionally to any issues or concerns. Strive to create a memorable and positive dining experience for all guests.
• Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Assist with daily cleaning and sanitization tasks in the dining area and service areas.
• Learn the intricacies of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and optimizing stock control.
• Assist in financial aspects such as cost control, revenue generation, and budget adherence.

Requirements

• No experience required! You just need to have a passion for the F&B industry, be resilience to challenges, and a strong desire to pursue a career in restaurant management.
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Operations or relevant qualifications.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Driven and willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
• 5-days work week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Location: Island wide
