F&B Assistant Store Manager / Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, staffing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure all customers receive excellent service 
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Recruit, train and mentor store staff
• Manage inventory levels and take charge of procurement 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on hygiene level

Requirements

• Diploma from well recognized institutions
• 2 years of working experience in retail management, F&B industry a plus
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, POS
• Good attitude
