• Learn and master the company's core technology and product, provide technical support for customers and distributors, including technical explanations, training, (answering questions, solving problems), etc. according to the technical process and specifications of the company;
• Provide on-site technical support for customers specifically in Imaging, Flow Cytomtery and Clinical application in the responsible area to ensure the success rate of the Demo;
• Summarize product and application experience, and cooperate with the local sales team to carry out targeted technical presentations to key account, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of Miltenyi products in the customer base;
• Update training materials in a timely manner, and provide complete training tools for internal sales and distributors;
• Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide customers with continuous, satisfactory and timely technical support;
• Other affairs arranged by the company due to business needs.

• Master or PhD Degree in natural science (biology, biotechnology or medicine) or a comparable scientific education;
• Very good communication and presentation skills;
• Fluency in English language is essential in speech and in writing;
• Deep knowledge in different biological fields, in particular cell biology, immunology, hematology, or stem cells;
• Familiar with confocal, flow cytometry, cell culture, functional assays, transfusion medicine or cell processing.
