Field Service Engineer [Semiconductor Up to $3.5k] - Hiring Now

Responsibilities 

• Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot our automated warehouse systems.
• Communicate and resolve equipment problems while working with other team members.
• Prepare service and maintenance reports after tasks are completed.
• Liaise with customers to arrange jobs and update them on work progress.
• Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and arrange deliveries of replacement parts.

Requirements 

• At least 2 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment
• Basic knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is advantageous.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems arising from mechanical equipment.
