It is an exciting role involving traveling, facing customers and multitasking between solving technical problems and issues, and communication with and education of customers on how to use and take care of reverse vending machines.
- Prepare and configurate RVMs ready for delivery to customers.
- Install, service and maintain RVM at the customer site across Singapore e.g. Complete first-time installation, Carry out routine planned maintenance on RVMs ,Attend equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts required and effect the repair3
- Warehouse operation, incl. unloading in deliveries, storage, RVMs stockholding, spare part handling/ordering.
- Plan warehouse capacity plan in cooperation with Sales for storage/operations.
- Ensure maximum performance of RVM Systems
- Be our high technical product expert on RVM reverse vending machines, that customers turn to for questions and issues.
- Secure high profile customer service experience in every touchpoint and provide customer.
- satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude to standard
- Educate and support customers & partners on how to use RVM.
- Hold trainings of handling RVM reverse vending machines for customers and partners
- Cooperate with our international Support team and R&D Norway
- Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required.
- Ensure the Company policies and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Ensure our company equipment is kept secure at all times.
You have excellent service communication skills and are comfortable in facing customers.
Able to work at times in a high-pressure environment as it is vitally necessary to get equipment back in working order
As we offer our customer 24/7 service, work on weekends and evenings when needed for installation and service is required.
