Finance Analyst (Banking / East / Up to 6500SGD) - Rewarding Work

Job Purpose :

1. You will be a member of  Group FINTECH Team that provides Business analytics, planning and cost management support to operations & initiatives across the Globe.

2. You will interface with Group Finance and provide financial accounting support on Occupancy/Department costs focusing on Singapore; Project tracking & Asset booking, Month-end journals preparation, Audit preparations, Balance sheet attestation, and Cost Savings submission.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Provide financial support for Business's portfolio

2. Prepare accounting journals for financial adjustments and accruals entries

3. Retrieve and consolidate data from Finance Hyperion system for preparation Occupancy/Department financial decks

4. Create and maintain a repository for consolidation of various reports across CRESA

5. Assist in tracking of project cost and strategic cost savings, and Ad-hoc investigations relating to payments, audit and occupancy fixed assets

Requirements: 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role or finance role in banking industry

• Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders/partners

• Proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.

• Proficient in Basic Principles of Accounting and book-keeping

• Corporate real estate (CRE) experience preferred
