Financial Analyst (Business Analytics)

Develop and Implement Reporting Tools: Build, test, and maintain financial reports, dashboards using advanced analytics and tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SAP BW/WebBI, etc.) for financial reporting, analysis, modeling, and KPI tracking.
Data Integration and Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights. Develop automated and replicable reporting methods to streamline business insight delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend data quality improvements, and develop efficient, effective solutions.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide user training, address user queries, and perform ongoing maintenance.
Management Reporting and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.

What will make you successful:

• Good degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, or information systems with a special interest in finance/business analytics.
• Prior experience in finance, audit, or information systems preferred. Experience with Tableau/Power BI, Oracle-Hyperion, and SAP preferred. Proficient in managing large and complex data using Excel power query, SQL, R, and Python.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
• High-energy, committed team-player, with an eye for details and the ability to work with tight
• Working location at Ang Mo Kio (Hybrid work arrangement applies)
