Finance & Accounting Manager (MAS Reporting - Bank)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal management reports including daily monitoring, report calculations, and daily regulatory database updates.
• Generate Head Office reports and schedules required for Head Office auditors.
• Compile MAS regulatory reports (e.g., MAS 610, MAS 649, MAS 758, MAS 640) and respond to inquiries related to these reports.
• Liaise with the company's tax agent to provide relevant tax information and review submitted data to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary data and ensuring the company's annual report is properly disclosed.
• Process staff claims and daily operating expenses payments.
• Prepare accounting schedules, including the Fixed Assets Register and Operating Expenses (OPEX) listing.
• Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
• Provide other administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting with minimum 3 years financial and accounting experience in banks
• Proficient in MS Excel is essential 
• Meticulous and good team player 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese as incumbent is required to liaise with colleagues in from mainland China.
