- Remuneration Package: $6,500 + $400 Transport Allowance
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
- Location: Tuas (Company transport with pick-up points near MRT)
Job Summary:
Join the dynamic team as a Finance & Admin Manager, where you'll lead and manage finance and accounting operations across global subsidiaries. With a competitive salary and excellent benefits, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to maintain accurate accounting records and robust internal controls.
- Oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring timely monthly and year-end closings.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including group financial statement consolidations.
- Review and analyze the monthly financial performance of group entities, implementing work process improvements as needed.
- Prepare annual tax computations, corporate tax reports, and submissions.
- Review GST reports and submissions.
- Coordinate the annual statutory audit and submissions of annual returns for group entities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents.
- Involve in stock takes and fixed assets counts.
- Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and tax filings for all employees.
- Co-manage office premises maintenance, including agreements and leasing.
- Handle any other HR/Admin tasks assigned by management eg manage full recruitment cycle, process monthly payroll, salary reviews, and bonus payments in alignment with staff performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing a team and at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in group consolidation for subsidiaries or countries is essential.
- Strong background in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
