Finance & Operations Support Manager

Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate finance and operational activities across assigned programmes and workstreams
• Supervise payment processing, reconciliation and financial administration activities
• Review financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Monitor fund utilisation, expenditure and financial balances where required
• Review and resolve discrepancies, rejected transactions and other financial exceptions
• Oversee periodic financial and operational reporting and provide relevant information to management
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on finance, payment and operational matters
• Support audit activities, reviews and follow-up actions
• Guide team members in handling complex or non-standard cases
• Identify opportunities to improve finance and operational processes, controls and efficiency
• Support the implementation of new initiatives and workstreams
• Perform other related finance, administrative and operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, payment processing, administration or operational support
• Experience in staff supervision or coordination of operational workstreams is preferred
• Good understanding of financial controls, payment processes, reconciliation and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities systematically
• Meticulous with a strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duration/Working Hours: 

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week (5 day work week)
