Assist with AP monthly closing.
Process payments by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Match GRN invoices and enter them into ERP via supplier portal.
Handle staff claims through eclaim portal.
Flag any irregularities in invoice processing.
Conduct bi-monthly and weekly payment runs for suppliers and employees.
Perform bank reconciliation for payments.
Prepare balance sheet schedules.

Job Requirement

Diploma holder and above
1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
