Finance Assistant (Claims) / Up to $3000 / Contract / Depot Road

Contract: 2 years

Location: Depot Road [Moving to West (Bukit Gombak MRT) in QI/Q2 of 2025]

Job Summary

To verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines such that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and according to established service standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify financial claims and where necessary determine the documents that will be required for the assessment of the claims.
• Exercise prudence in the processing and approving of claims.
• Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.
• Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Min. A-levels / Diploma
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Relevant experiences in claim processing and/or customer service is an advantage
• Meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Result oriented
