• Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and optimize resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and recommend strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
• Lead cost management and productivity initiatives for sustainable growth.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to guide long-term decisions and manage financial risks.
• Oversee internal controls, including working with external auditors.
• Manage treasury activities such as monitoring bank balances, deposits, and interest, while minimizing risk and building relationships with banks.
• Enhance the company’s financial management capabilities.

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in financial management or business controlling
• CA/CPA certified will be an added advantage
• Experience with Big 4 and background in both public and private sectors will be an added advantage
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
