Job Scope:

Handling incoming calls and emails on account enquiries
Ensuring the reduction of bad debts
Promptly collecting payments and discussing repayment arrangements
Fulfilling any additional tasks as required

Requirement:

Secondary or ITE Qualification
0 - 3 Year of Accounts Receivable Experience
