FINANCE DIRECTOR

Finance Director – Singapore
Industry: Manufacturing / Trading / Regional Headquarters

Reporting to senior management and working closely with headquarters, this position will play a critical role in driving financial governance, operational excellence, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Monitor and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Partner with business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison with headquarters and regional stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, treasury management, and audit processes.
• Experience working within multinational corporations or overseas subsidiaries.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and headquarters management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities.
• Experience in ERP systems and financial transformation projects is advantageous.
