Finance Executive - 3-6 months contract

Job scope

• Review financial documents in preparation for the auditing process.
• Plans financial audits from start to finish. 
• Support all liaising between the company and auditing team.
• Verifies figures, documents, and account details for auditing, such as cash flow data, income statements, and tax returns.
• Arrange confirmation letters with third parties (Customer/Vendor/Interco) 
• Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Work with Audit Team in preparation of Financial Statement
• Liaises with Tax Team in preparation of Tax submission.
• Any other adhoc project, if require.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong math and computer-related skills
• Good Communication skill 
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Diploma and above
• At least 3 of years’ experience as a financial accountant or analyst or audit
• Understanding of financial rules and regulations
• Knowledge of accounting software such as JBA, Fourth Shift or similar systems
