Finance Executive

Job Description

• Perform accounts payable / accounts receivables functions
• Responsible for payable process: supplier, receivable process: customer and local / overseas staff claim
• Responsible in processing and verification of local / overseas staff claim such as mobile, internet, petrol, car park fee, ERP fee, travel meals etc
• Perform dunning and collections follow-up for accounts in arrears
• Assist in resolving queries from supplier / customer and escalate to the right level
• Support in management reporting to Head Office and clarify issues in timely manner
• Participate in ad-hoc Finance projects when required
• Involved in support for new foundation company set up
• Analyse and manage actual expenses / collection against plan & generate analysis report
• Maintain and manage fixed assets register

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent academic qualification
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Prior experiences in Audit / SAP / MYOB 
• Knowledgeable of IFRS and tax system will be an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
