Finance Executive ( 6 Months Renewable Contract)

＜Responsibilities＞

• Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for elements of Accounts Receivable (aka Membership Finance), Accounts Payable and General Ledger.

• Work closely with other Members of the team to manage Membership Finance, including the billing and payment collection cycle;

• Assist in monthly P&L generation, balance sheet account reconciliations and inventory stock taking;

• Assist in data analysis and reporting requirements;

• Perform weekly and monthly system supported cash and bank reconciliations;

• Daily verification of POS data;

• Assist in financial year-end audit ;

• Close working relationship with the Finance team and CFO on a daily basis;

• Get involved outside of the Finance Team and connect with other departments within the Group;

• Assist in other general day-to-day finance operations and control requirements as required.

• Performs other related tasks as assigned

＜Requirements＞

• Diploma / degree or other relevant qualification in Accounting preferred;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge in Quickbooks accounting system

• Basic accounting work experience can be an advantage;

• Hands-on, proactive and good working attitude required;

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
