Finance Executive - AR

Automotive MNC at Tuas (Company Transport provided from Tuas Crescent MRT)

830am-530pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Duties / Responsibilities

1. Posting and applied payments
2. GIRO deduction process
3. Generate and send out invoices
4. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
5. Perform account/bank reconciliations
6. Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies
7. Follow established procedures for processing receipts
8. Prepare bank-in deposits
9. Investigate and resolve customer queries
10. Attend to customer's, salesman's and auditor's enquiries
11. Prepare month-end closing for AR function
12. Business process review & re-engineering
13. Stakeholder management
14. Provide supervision and support for AR assistant
15. Any other tasks/projects assigned by immediate supervisor

Qualification, Required Experience, Competencies and Skills

1. Diploma in Accounting / Finance with 3-5 years of AR and accounting experience
2. Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles
3. Proficient in relevant ERP systems (Esker or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
4. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
