Finance Executive (F&B)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Assist in preparing monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet reports.
• Process payments and reconcile suppliers’ monthly statements of accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all supplier invoices.
• Handle and submit quarterly GST filings.
• Perform month-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
• Update daily sales reports for management review.
• Manage petty cash disbursements and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Corporate Tax, and GST regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-volume tasks.
• Prior experience in ERP system transitions and process optimization is a plus.
