Finance Executive (Food Industry)

Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Finance Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for stock-related tasks, i.e, Stock adjustment, item creation, Costing, stocktake, and miscellaneous analysis.
• Preparation of GST quarterly returns and posting of GST-related entries.
• Handle staff claims and audit support.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, i.e. Accrual journal, prepare balance sheet schedules
• Assist in ad-hoc finance project in automation of the task.
• Assist in other finance work-related tasks and cover other colleagues when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience as a finance executive or similar roles preferably in Food manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry 
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlooks, Words, Excel & Navision
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude

• Location: West 
• Working hours: 5 days work week
