Finance Executive (Manufacturing)

Benefits Summary:

• Finance Executive (Manufacturing)
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $ 4,500 + AWS + VB
• Monday - Friday (7:50am - 4:55pm)
• Location: Joo Koon (Company transport provided)

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of budgets and forecasts aligned with the division’s business and financial planning objectives
• Prepare accurate and timely month-end closing reports and financial statements
• Create presentations for budget reviews, mid-term updates, and kick-off meetings
• Track and analyze monthly operational performance, comparing results to the established budget
• Manage overdue accounts and oversee credit control processes
• Review monthly expenses, marginal profit, and business profit outcomes to optimize organizational performance and ensure a results-driven approach
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate work schedules for junior team members
• Ensure adherence to all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Additional Information:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting
• Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
