Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the invoicing and receipt process for customers
- Verify sales records for designated outlets
- Pursue outstanding payments diligently
- Manage the reconciliation of accounts receivable transactions, addressing any discrepancies that arise
- Handle the processing of vendor invoices and petty cash reimbursements
- Conduct thorough 3-way matching to ensure accurate documentation
- Prepare payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to secure necessary approvals for invoices
- Address and resolve inquiries related to accounts payable promptly
- Offer assistance in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
- Undertake any additional responsibilities delegated by the Head of Finance
Requirements:
- Candidate possess experience in Navision is an advantage
