Finance Executive (Permanent)

The Company

A well-established trading company is currently seeking a Finance Executive to join its dynamic team.

The Role

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing accounting entries for sales, purchases, and expenses using Xero accounting software, as well as preparing weekly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports. Duties include verifying and recording expenses, performing bank reconciliations, and cross-checking invoices prior to payment processing. The role also involves supporting audit requirements, preparing reports and schedules, and driving KYC processes with counterparties and banks.

Your Profile

The role requires minimum 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, with exposure to audit and tax compliance. Prior experience or familiarity with trading and shipping would be advantageous. Candidates should also have experience using accounting software, preferably Xero.
