Job Responsibilities:

• To Support the Natural Rubber Team including Natural Rubber prices and volumes.
• Prepare Financial Statement for Management Plan, actual and Forecast. 
• Management reporting for Head of Natural Rubber and CFO of South East Asia Pacific operations 
• Support local purchasing team
• Monitoring the price and volumes
• Reporting on variances in the logistics costs
• Conducting periodical meeting Locally and with HQ to explain the main variances highlighted
• Partner the CFO in preparation of annual budgets as well as monthly forecast submissions 
• Any other ad hoc reports as required by HQ or CFO

Requirements:

• University degree (preferable, Accounting or Engineering)
• Min 1-2 years’ experience in a related position
• Well based financial/accounting/controlling knowledge is needed. 
• Strong knowledge of Excel and management of heavy databases. 
• Knowledge on common systems used for Accounting and Reporting (SAP, HFM) is highly recommended
• Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
• Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended
• A drive-for-achievement and highly goal-oriented mindset is needed
