About Our Client

Our client is a established and fast growing Real Estate firm in Singapore with a strong regional presence. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support the financial operations of a portfolio of real estates in Singapore. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate accounting, financial reporting, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Description

Handle full sets of accounts for assigned properties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities for properties and internal operations.
Process vendor invoices and staff claims, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Monitor and follow up on receivables, including issuing reminders and statements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist with GST submissions, property tax matters, and annual financial audits.
Maintain proper documentation in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Provide financial insights to property managers and management to support decision-making.
Participate in system enhancements or process improvement initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within real estate or property management.
Experience in accounting and/or auditing is an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
