Job Title: Finance Executive

# Accessible from Buona Vista MRT

# Salary up to $5000

# Mondays to Fridays, Office hours

Our client is an organisation that provides healthcare services. They are currently looking for someone who is interested to join them as a Finance Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage AP functions, bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Manage customers, vendors and intercompany balance reconciliations 
• Follow-up with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Support AR functions
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and resolve billing issues
• Perform dunning and collections follow-up for accounts in arrears
• Investigate unidentified credits, disputes and reconcile with customer when required
• Perform profiling, risk assessment and reviews on delinquent accounts
• Propose and implement dunning strategy and process improvements
• Posting of journal entries in SAP
• During monthly closing, ensure bank, AR and AP clearing accounts are cleared 
• Prepare and submit finance reports 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent 
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
