Responsibilities
- Timely creation and maintenance of the SAP master records.
- Verification of supporting documents submitted by the requestors against the submitted requests for records creation in SAP.
- Liaising and following up with requestors from Schools and Departments on required information and documentation.
- Assist to provide support to auditors on retrieval of documentation.
- Handling queries from various Schools/Departments/Centers
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects/ assignments as required.
- Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and policies set by Office of Finance (OFIN)
- Cooperate and build positive relationships with colleagues/ various stakeholders to ensure process efficiency and consistency.
- Attend to queries from Schools/Department/Centers and escalate issues appropriately to Reporting Officer when necessary.
