Finance Executive #Semiconductor

Our Company, in the Semiconductor Industry located in the West has openings for Finance Executive.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on division’s business & financial planning.
• Prepare accurate and up-to-date month-end closing and financial reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare budget, mid-term and kick-off meeting presentation.
• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
• Handle overdue debts and credit control management.
• Monitor monthly expenses/marginal profit and business profit results to enhance organizational effectiveness to be result oriented.
• Supervise, provide guidance and prepare work scheduling for junior employees. 
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting.
• Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Mature, independent, proactive and positive work attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
