Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive - Urgent Hire

Role

• Responsible for consolidating financial statements from all subsidiaries to create a comprehensive financial report for the holding company. 
• Manages and reconciles intercompany transactions and balances between subsidiaries. 
• Ensures that all intercompany transactions are properly recorded, balanced, and eliminated in the consolidated financial statements to avoid double counting and inaccuracies. 
• Ensures that all financial practices and reports comply with local and international accounting standards 
• Preparation of tax filings, coordinating with auditors, and staying updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations. 
• Assists in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. 
• Preparation of journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all financial data is accurately reflected in the financial statements. 
• Provides financial analysis and support for internal reporting needs. 
• Generating financial reports, analyzing financial data to identify trends or discrepancies, and providing insights to management and the Financial Controller. 

Requirements

• Recognized university degree in Accountancy, CPA or equivalent 
• At least 5 years of working experience handling full-set account 
• Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills 
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
