Finance Head (Snr Mgr) - Manufacturing / Plant Experienced

This is a key finance role based in Singapore, supporting a dynamic, multi-entity business with regional operations. The role plays an important part in driving financial discipline, delivering timely insights, and supporting decision-making in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment with both manufacturing and commercial elements, including oversight of product costing and cost performance.

1. Partner with business and operations teams to provide financial insights supporting strategic decision-making, including budgeting, cost control, and production cost and variance analysis (materials, labor, and overhead)
2. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve efficiency, margins, and overall operational performance
3. Lead monthly financial close and overseas reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in reporting efficiency
4. Oversee financial risk management and compliance, including tax, foreign exchange, internal controls, and resolution of financial discrepancies
5. Lead and develop overseas finance teams, fostering strong performance, talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and effective remote team management

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, with strong exposure to full set accounting and financial reporting
3. Solid understanding of general ledger processes, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
4. Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering
5. Experience in a complex, operationally driven environment (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, or technology-related industries) is advantageous
