Finance & HR Manager (Central)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set of accounts & maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare for and cooperate with internal and external audits
• Implement audit recommendations 
• Generate periodic management reports
• Provide financial insights to the management team
• Prepare and file tax and GST returns in compliance with regulations
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
• HR duties (manage payroll processes, work pass application, CPF matters)
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Any other HR/Admin duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related fields
• Possess both Finance & HR experience required
• Possess people management skills or leadership skills
