Finance & HR Manager / Executive - Dynamic Team

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 
9am to 6pm

Basic Salary +  Quarterly Bonus + Quarterly Performance Bonus +End of the Bonus + Company Travel

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview: As a Finance & HR Executive/ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day financial and HR administrative activities. You will be responsible for overseeing account receivables, account payables, cash management, and various financial transactions. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work independantly and efficiently.

Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
Issuing sale invoices
Processing staff reimbursement
Processing payroll and commission computation
Providing monthly/quarterly/annually reporting including operational controls and reconciliation activities
Quarterly GST submission
Annual compilation report and tax computation
Review and improve internal processes where necessary
Assist on administrative work
Special projects as required

About :

Have Cei Cert .
A minimum of 3 years experience in full set accounts
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis
Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organisational needs
Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
Experience with Quickbooks online will be added advantage
High proficiency in MS Excel
Dynamic, driven and always takes initiatives
Team player with strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
