Finance & HR Manager (Immediate/ Up to $6.5k Bonus!)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for all accounting and financial management matters including but not limited to the preparation of monthly financial reporting, cashflow management, quarterly forecast, annual budgets, regular financial and business analysis.
• Manage and lead the finance team on day-to-day financial operations and act as a business partner to Support Director in internal controls and corporate governance oversight.
• Review the Journal entries on the inventories done by operation Department.
• Ensure efficient account receivable, account payable, inventory, credit control and cash flow
  management processes.
• Statutory/regulatory and contractual compliance oversight – covering annual audit, tax, statutory and regulatory filings, and reporting.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings on matters including, but not limited to, tax, financial, bank compliance.
• Assist Headquarter Finance team to drive for implementation of HR policies, processes, and quarterly /yearly reporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that they comply with financial governance and procedures.
• Handle recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
• Manage payroll, leave, and HR systems.
• Overseeing performance appraisal
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations,
  and issuances.
• Handle Insurance matters
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of statutory, legal, accounting, and local taxation requirements.
• Experience in overseeing a team 
• Frequent liaising with various business stakeholders
• Highly proactive and analytical thinker, able to work independently, execute and follow-through to deliver solutions to the management.
