Job Description - Finance & HR &Office Admin Manager - Urgent Role

  • Provide Transport Pick Up

Job Scope

Finance

  • Check and submission of GST
  • Assist on payment for SCDF License
  • Monthly interco billing and check stock sales in and out
  • Assist to check payment received from customers (urgent from AR)
  • Monthly closing for all companies
  • Yearly audit for all companies
  • Sole Proprietor and partnership company yearend closing
  • Director personal tax computation and submission to auditor

HR

  • Recruitment and job posting through Future Career & Job street.
  • Liaise with Agent and filter applications.
  • Work Pass application.
  • Appeal and follow up with MOM on the status.
  • Course enrolment (eg. SIP)
  • Mid-month and month end payroll process.
  • CPF calculation and submission
  • Monitor Staff Leave
  • CGL, WICA and FWM renewal
  • Income Tax payment for Workers
  • Bank Account opening and Singpass registration
  • Workers’ Dormitory registration and renewal
  • MOM Labour Survey
  • Sales Statistics Survey

IT and Tele communication

  • Renewal of contract for outsource IT
  • Refer to IT outsource for complicated issues.
  • Yearly company mobile plan renewal and internet renewal 
  • Assist on sim card and mobile issues.
  • Set up photocopier ID and setting for staff.
  • Fax machine setting.

Ad Hoc

  • Vehicle’s VPC Renewal
  • Company Lease renewal and VPC license renewal
  • Staff driving summons’s appeal
  • BCA – Sin Hiap Hee Construction CR01 application
  • JTC Lease Matters
  • Electricity Contract Renewal – Pacific Light
  • Application and termination for all property electricity, water and gas supply
  • Vehicle accident matters
